Hardware Sales & Service Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

  • Notice Period: To cancel a scheduled service, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.

  • Labor Costs: Once technical work has been initiated or completed, the labor fees are non-refundable.

2. Hardware Sales (Routers, Firewalls, Networking Gear)

  • Ownership: All hardware purchased through Syncotema Solutions LLC, such as the Perimeter security hardware, becomes the permanent property of the client upon full payment.

  • Return for Refund: If a client wishes to return a purchased router for a refund, it must be done within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Condition for Return: The hardware must be in its original packaging, include all accessories, and show no signs of tampering, physical damage, or unauthorized firmware modifications.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned hardware to cover inspection and recertification for resale.

3. Warranty & Support

  • Defective Units: If a router is found to be defective within the manufacturer’s warranty period, Syncotema Solutions LLC will assist in the RMA process or provide a replacement according to the specific service agreement.

  • On-Site Handling: For clients in the Las Vegas area, a diagnostic fee may apply for on-site verification of hardware issues.
