1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and requesting any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws in the State of Nevada.

2. Services and Infrastructure

  • Scope of Work: Syncotema Solutions LLC provides IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and development services, including Website Creation and Advanced Firewall Settings.

  • Service Availability: While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee that technical services will be uninterrupted or error-free due to the nature of network environments.

3. Limitation of Liability

  • Cybersecurity: While we implement robust measures like Threat support and monitoring, Syncotema Solutions LLC shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from third-party cyberattacks, data breaches, or unauthorized access beyond our direct control.

  • Network Failures: We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by internet service providers (ISPs), hardware failures of sold equipment after the warranty period, or client-side configuration errors.

  • Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered within the last 12 months.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Branding: The SYNCOTEMA SOLUTIONS logo, website design, and all original content are the exclusive property of SYNCOTEMA SOLUTIONS LLC.

  • Project Handover: For services like Website Creation, intellectual property rights are transferred to the client only upon final and full payment of the $840.00 fee (or agreed amount).

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Authorized Use: Clients agree not to use our infrastructure for any illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or hosting prohibited content.

  • Access: Clients must provide necessary administrative access for the configuration of services when it’s required.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Las Vegas, NV.
