REMOTE ACCESS TUNNEL (VPN)

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION.

• The Provider shall configure a secure connectivity solution:
• Creation of an encrypted connection (VPN) for secure remote access to the office or home from external networks.
• Technical configuration of the client application on user devices (Mobile phone/PC).

2. COST AND PAYMENT TERMS

• Total Cost: $120.00 USD.
• Frequency: One-time payment.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES.

• The Client is responsible for ensuring that the devices used for remote access (PCs or mobile devices) are in good working condition and have the minimum software requirements for VPN client installation.

4. SETUP AND USAGE.

• Upon successful configuration and testing of the encrypted tunnel, the Provider will deliver the necessary credentials to the Client. The responsibility for the safe custody of these credentials and the authorized use of the tunnel rests exclusively with the Client.
