SERVICE ANNEX 11

SECURITY HARDWARE PROVISION

This Service Annex is governed by the terms of the Master Service Agreement entered into between SYNCOTEMA SOLUTIONS LLC (“Provider”) and Client (“Client”).

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION.

• The Provider shall supply the following physical equipment:
• Provision of a high-performance Router configured to optimize network security and data flow.

2. COST AND PAYMENT TERMS

• Total Cost: $150.00 USD.
• Frequency: One-time payment.
• Taxes: The Client is responsible for applicable Sales Tax in the State of Nevada, as this involves tangible hardware products.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES.

• The Client must provide a suitable physical location for the installation of the hardware, including adequate power supply and cooling. The Client is also responsible for providing the necessary network credentials and ISP information for the initial configuration.

4. DELIVERY AND WARRANTY SYNCOTEMA’s.

•  Responsibility is limited to the provision and initial technical configuration of the equipment. Upon physical delivery and confirmation of basic operation, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Client. Hardware warranty is subject to the terms and conditions provided by the original equipment manufacturer. Subsequent physical maintenance or hardware replacements are not included unless specified in a separate technical support annex.
