THREAT SUPPORT AND MONITORING

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION.

• The Provider shall provide continuous surveillance of the perimeter network:
• Delivery of a detailed monthly report on intrusion attempts and network activity.
• Constant updates of the defense system’s security databases.

2. COST AND PAYMENT TERMS

• Monthly Fee: $75.00 USD.
• Frequency: Recurring monthly payment.
• Conditions: Payment shall be made within the first five (5) days of each calendar month.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES,

• The Client must promptly notify the Provider of any changes to the network architecture or if unauthorized access is suspected, to allow for immediate adjustment of monitoring parameters.

4. CONTINUITY AND TERMINATION.

• This proactive monitoring service requires the active status of the system’s security licenses. In the event of non-payment or cancellation, the Provider will immediately cease monitoring and database updates, and the Client will assume full responsibility for responding to any security incidents.
